Now let me first say that I do know how great Favre was/is as a QB and how important he is to the city of Green Bay. I actually consider Favre to be in the top 5 to ever play the position. Putting all that aside, someone needs to slap this guy in the face and tell him to stop. For years this guy went back and forth about retiring every off-season, making a media circus out of a once great franchise.
As everyone knows, the Packers used a first round pick in 2005 on Aaron Rodgers k
nowing that Brett's reign would end soon. Of course questions began to surface as to when he would retire, but the Packers knew they had a good situation letting Rodgers learn behind a legend.Since then a whole NFL franchise has been consumed by this one ego maniac. Every year it seemed like he would drag the Packers longer and longer through his retirement saga, making everything about him and not about what was best for the team.
Finally in March of 2008 after a very good season, Favre decided to call it quits. We got the usual tears at the
press conference, with Favre assuring us he was done. Of course 4 months later, Brett had to put himself back in the limelight saying he has the itch to play again. If I were the Packer organization, I would call him and tell him that we do not want him back. Imagine how Aaron Rodgers feels about this guy.Brett Favre is one of the greatest to play the game, but I have had enough of him already. If he wants to keep himself in the news, maybe he should follow up his stellar performance in There's Something About Mary and pursue his acting career. A guy who should be remembered for his MVPs and great play on the field, will instead be remembered as a selfish joke. Do us all a favor Brett and leave us alone. The NFL will go on without you and we will be ok.
For your antics AGAIN Brett Favre, I have only one thing left to say to you...
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

this guy is going to singlehandedly ruin that franchise. It's my promise that the Pack will move to Milwaukee by 2020...I GUARANTEE IT!
